There’s a lot money involved which leads to a lot different crimes. Tax evasion, bank fraud, money laundering and any number that we really don’t know yet. Plus this could lead to a power 5 breakaway.

And the FBI can deal with that.

This committee getting involved will just lead to posturing.

How many millions in $10 per game cash admissions to AAU tournaments go unreported as income? Money flies all around AAU and Shoe Sponsored events.
Player and AAU coach bribes is probably massive and more significant than anybody realizes.
Might be the tip of the iceberg. And yes, the NCAA is unable to monitor all of these activities. It rolls into high school recruiting and explodes forward ...

Maybe but none of us think the NCAA is capable of running their business. Wouldn’t take a lot to look at how many times some programs get hammered for little to nothing and the next gets nothing for tons. You may be right we will see.

wow. you know the government has no jurisdiction over the NCAA don't you. the NCAA is a VOLUNTARY association that ANY COLLEGE can get out of any time they want to. it is not a government entity.

you can hate them all you want but to think the government can "end them" is pretty stupid.

You must not be paying attention to the world around you and "no", that's all I have to say.

It's probably safer to have them work on sports. They keep screwing up that governing stuff...
