A player that waited for his shot and it paid off. Sat behind Beckwith and Jones for 3 years before a big senior year earned him a 3rd round pick.

LSU didn't offer him until late for the former John Curtis Patriot! He was a great Tiger and I'm glad for him!

Well, good for him! I honestly didn’t know he was still playing. He ha made a decent career for himself.

I saw Duke play as a HS senior in the Super Dome in the state championship. My thought was why in the Hell isn’t LSU all over him! He stood out!

His name always made me think of the first generation of NASA astronauts.

Glad he’s doing well.

ETA: Fun fact- He was born in Buras, LA in ‘94.

Not many NFLers were born in Buras.
