Does Woodward already have a house in BR?

He owns a house on Stanford and has always owned it.
His step son lived in it in college. We used to have parties there.
He is also a member of BRCC and his mother lives here.

Fairly small house, I'm sure he'd sell it if he moved back and upgrade with his new salary.
He's in BR all the time visiting family. I know this because I know his step-son well and he and my dad are/were decent friends from the days when Scott worked for LSU.
Scott hooked us up with great tickets to the LSU-UW game in Seattle.
FWIW, my dad has not heard anything suggesting he's coming back yet and is obviously not pestering him with questions about it right now.
