Not really cause he was unable to finish the season. Not to mention, that by the time he was hurt, Joe Burrow had already locked up the Heisman.

I liked it better when the Downtown Athletics Club just announced the winner and then invited him to a banquet where they awarded the statue. There was not a beauty pageant with the runner ups to be disappointed. It’s all about money for the networks now.
