Wade was interviewed by Barstool Sports today and was asked if he knew just how much the LSU fan base was excited about the growth of the program - his response was classic General…..

I think “the General” is resonating more than “the pear”..but I really don’t think he cares either way. I think a guy like Wade is driven by success and winning and isn’t caught up with whether the fans love or hate him..kinda like Saban. He expects support (love) when he wins and accepts the opposite if he loses.

The anger from the fans, dumb arse Joe Alleva actually showing up and getting mob chased out of the arena (and the great photo op), every song getting Will Wade added to it, the team playing at an insane level and winning the SEC
