7 should go to Delpit or Jefferson next year. I also think Jefferson is gonna be outstanding next year. He has already established himself as Burrow favorite target and go to receiver.

I think Delpit would have earned the right to wear it if he wants it. Jefferson established himself as the best overall wr this year, the rest need to take notes. He plays way harder than the rest, runs better, more precise routes and except for a couple drops was the most consistent catcher of the ball.
