All I heard about in fall camp was how fast he was. It was very noticeable in practice. Did he even get a touch last season?

LSU’s Jelani Watkins started the weekend taking first in his collegiate 200m opener with a time of 20.78 seconds (20.85@), which ranks ninth in the SEC. The following day he recorded a 60-meter time of 6.61 seconds (6.63@) to enter the LSU top-10 all-time performance list at No. 7. His new PR in the 60m ranks ninth in the SEC also.

Since we're closing in in the final weeks of Indoor T&F, I decided to look up where some of the team sits, specifically Jelani. He ranks #19 in the 200m right now. He's only run it once this year and he's also the 3rd fastest freshman in the event. Top 16 individuals in each event go to the National meet Virginia Beach this year. With Tyson coming up this weekend, a notoriously fast track, he will likely have a good chance at getting with some fierce competition and put down a solid time that might help him get a few spots higher.

Who is the transfer AA punter you speak of? That would be great , if true.
