Uh.......it will give Harris a lot more reps in those wks of bowl practice, one thing he needs desperately.

He could get reps every day from now until 2016 season starts and nothing will change.

Wait...you mean those 90,000 fans chanting his name and giving a standing O to Les aren't going to travel to support him in the bowl game? But, he is such a nice guy, and handled things with class and we are fortunate to have him. So, the posi-Leses need to put their money where their mouth is and support him at the bowl game!

LSU has Leonard Fournette and Les Miles. They'll take LSU easily

If we decline a bowl, do we forfeit our share of the revenue?

I didn't say we should, idiot.

If we decline a bowl and lose the $15 million, then that means people here would have wanted to waste $30 million dollars out of spite. My point was to highlight the stupidity of this, but you jumped to conclusions like a small child. Calm down.

This. The people crying for he team to give up on the bowl game are lazy, pathetic losers. Working and improving helps the team, idiots.

That is an idiotic idea. LSU gets weeks of practice out of it. Perhaps they should go to the Man-PMS Bowl and have you be a spokesman for the bowl.

Stupid idea......LSU gets 3 weeks of practice and reps for a lot of younger players. Also the SEC would get pissed as there would be a loss of revenue. It is amazing how little thinking goes on with some posters/

Too many on this site are too stupid to realize that.

Also, quit saying 'We" when you mention declining an invitation. You didn't get out there and sweat and practice all year.

If he does improve in 2016, don't come back on this site and say "Geaux Tigers and great job, Harris. If LSU turns it around in 2016, please go support another team. Also what was your record as a college quarterback??

SU really should decline a bowl invitation

Excuse the frick out of me, but NO. We have played in 16 straight bowls. Let's not get carried away because of the season's ending.

We'd give ourselves more negativity by declining a decent bowl. This is not the Kraft Foods Bowl or the Poinsettia Bowl we are talking about.

If LSU was 6-6 and 2-6 in the SEC, then maybe so.
