Rain is all but gone now. 50% chance Monday and then 10% Tuesday, clear after that.

Yes, but we've been in a drought here for 5 years. By mid week everything should be good to go. Not like Louisiana where everything is flat and it all has to go down one river.

ow I dont have any inside info but word on TV local sports channels is that talks have begun on a possible new location or play at a later date

I call BS because everyone knows playing at a later date is not possible. They have no shared open date.

I would think both. Not surprising they would be discussing it though. My source said its preliminary and nothing to be decided till midweek.

Just depends on how much time is needed to get the vendor orders in for food and beverage, ice, staffing, etc.

I don't see that happening. It cuts into game preparation for the BCS playoff, which presumably the winner would have a bid for.

If they move the game, better believe LSU gonna get fricked by the SEC when its time to make it up

Will be moved to Tuscaloosa with Ritter and crew assigned to call it. Part of a day night doubleheader with Bama /Arkansas game.

Tide fans get in free with their Arkansas tickets ensuring a hostile crowd.

No, they'll try to play in Columbia if at all possible. If it has to be moved, Charlotte would be a good option, since the Panthers have a bye week. South Carolina doesn't want to turn this into a true road game and travel all the way to BR.

Legit alternate venues:

Charlotte (Panther's stadium)
Atlanta (Georgia Tech's stadium)
Athens (UGA)

IF the game has to be moved, Spurrier would never agree with a move to Baton Rouge/Death Valley.

It's not really up to him.
