Alleva is done now.
O is dangerously close. There's a chance if he wins out and shuts his mouth and stops throwing everyone under the bus and accepts some responsibility for the current morale with the team, he can maybe salvage his job but it's about as good a chance that I could bump into Jennifer Aniston at the grocery store and she'd fall head over heels for me.
In a nutshell, it won't happen.

If we go 3-9 then I think it would very difficult not to fire both of them. A couple more ugly losses in a row and I think the pressure is going to cause O to really embarrass himself and the university. You can tell he's panicking right now and has no clue how to handle the public.
