How you warm up and practice is how you play.
You can't start slow every game then play frantic until 3-4 players foul out. The refs are not going to bail you out when you're down 20. It doesn't work that way.
If we are too good to warm up...
Did playing 10 guarantee games help us compete in the SEC? Beat good teams on the road?
Or inflate stats and lead to a mediocre run through the conference ... along with arse-kickings by Vanderbilt and TCU.
Statistics and obscure indexes is an interesting way to market a game that newer fans have not played, but basketball isn't that complicated.

Well at least someone else can see through the purple and gold glasses! Its simple they cant score and they turn the ball over way to much. They do not have the personnel as years past. They can have all the stars by their names all they want but name me a Cam Thomas or a Tremont Waters type player on this team.
