Do we not have a better blocking TE than Moreau?

He was consistently beaten on pass protection several times against SELU. Do we not have non passing threat TE who can block better?

He's been the only healthy TE until now.

Moreau described Ensminger as the best play caller in the nation, so his "favorite" status is pretty well set in stone with E and O.

A tight end for pass pro? He's a pretty good run blocker and a legit target in the passing game. They need to get away from the max protect 2 wr routes and get the quick passing/screen game going.

Moreau is in constant slow motion - good leadership but terrible blocker. Just go back and look at his play last year as a blocker. If he is our best blocking TE we’re in trouble.

He's a team leader, don't get me wrong. But we don't have that much talent at tight end. Pettigrew is hurt and our starters are a 3 star and a transfer right now.
Moreau is not a good run blocker and is an average receiver. He isn't fast and is never really open.
