I'm sure you'll find the same "fans" with any team (not named Alabama). Everybody has their opinion of who/what they think is best for their favorite team, and if "their guy" isn't the choice, then folks will hate whoever is in place.

Its just how it is. Had we hired Herman there would have been a group of people that hated the move. Same thing had we hired Jimbo. Some folks would hate the move.

"Can't please everybody". No truer words have ever been spoken.

My god we have some spoiled and entitled fans.
You want miles gone after 2008?
So a new coach takes over at lsu in 2005 and he has 3 straight #5 finishes including a 2 sec west titles,an sec title, and a national title and you wanted him fired? Not to mention that in 2008 we lost our returning qb when RP was dismissed from the team.

Its pretty shitty to want a coach fired after he just had 3 top 5 finishes out of 4 years.

I don't know of anyone who wanted Les gone also wanted LSU to hire a DL coach who just two years ago was unemployed and was a serious failure in his only head coach experience where the interim label wasn't attached.

Many people are disturbed over the O hire. Honestly, I don't see how any LSU fan can look at what went on in the last twelve months with LSU football and not be disturbed. Add in Alleva's last three failures in his basketball hires and it screams out for SOMEONE at LSU to ask, what the shite is going on here.

I get it, but he is the coach now. How is screaming about it, crying about it, calling him dumb, the binder and all the stupid shite that goes along with him being the head coach changing anything? You think he should be fired and he hasn't been h.c. but two weeks? how do you think this will help him or lsu succeed?

Does lsu have an administration problem, yes. That isn't the coaches fault and berating the coach because of it isn't going to solve anything.

Yes, whiney little counts. Everything is better than what we have, but I won't do anything to change it. I'll just sit here and butch and complain about it.

I don't blame O for accepting a job where he will earn 3.5 million. Not too many stupid people get to do that.

Look, we traded in a resume of almost 80% winning and two NCG appearances for a resume that wasn't good enough to get hired even as a DC in ten freaking years. People have every right in the world to bitch until O shuts us up by winning and winning big.

The process used in the hiring was stupid and needs to be nailed to Alleva's arse.
