I assume ESPN will grab Nessler back.

People literally bitch on here about anything. We went 15-0 and I bet someone was on here bitching about something. It’s what they do. Bitch like a bunch of bitches

ABC will broadcast the weekly 2:30 game along with additional marque night games on ABC. Other SEC games on ESPN, SEC Network, ESPN+ (SAME AS NOW). It seems to me this will increase the night game inventory and ABC will likely do many more double headers than CBS's one per year.
My problem is that without CBS, this reduces the number of slots available. So, will the SEC 2:30 game always get broadcast priority, like we had with CBS? Or, will it get pushed in with everyone else, meaning some weeks the SEC game will get dumped for the ACC game in states where both conferences have a game?
I do like the idea that schedules will be available more in advance. This means less planning for a night game and all of the sudden it's moved to 2:30 (or even, 11am). I hope this also means the SEC defends LSU home games tradition more. In fact, coupling this with the availability of using the ABC night time slot, LSU should not have to have a premium home opponent in the daytime as often.

This sucks. Basically ensures some games won’t be on basic cable. ESPN+ is a subscription service
