This type of shite pisses me the frick off. "Given the opportunity?" He was never given a real opportunity to be a QB here...frick he never even attempted a pass. My hatred for Les runs deep these days, but I don't think anyone can argue the fact that he has no fricking idea how to utilize anyone. That dude making the decision that Shep can't play QB does not sit well with me. frick Les....he thinks Trindon can't play, Keiland can't run, Randle can't catch, etc.

Billy Gonzales was brought over to coach RS into the next Percy Harvin... RS can't become PH if he is under center, therefore BG needs RS to line-up @ RB/WR to accomplish this

Just because he didn't throw a pass in a game doesn't mean he wasn't given a legitimate chance to play. Maybe he didn't preform in practice. If he didn't then that is the reason.

Perhaps Crowton decided this and underutilized so many young players. We got a lot more out of our offensive players under Jimbo. Scott, Williams, Doucet, even Lafell were all playing when they were freshmen under Jimbo

Dude, JJ can't read a defense to save his life in his second year. Why does he get a free pass and Shep is given up on after one year? You say so he can play other positions? HE BARELY frickING PLAYED ANYTHING! That dude is a winner and a playmaker...and we are wasting him. Spare me with the Gonzo Percy shite...I'll believe it when I see it.
