I assume everyone remembers LSU controlling Notre Dame in a bowl game and the 2nd string QB named Ian Book came in and suddenly LSU couldn't stop Notre Dame at all in the 4th quarter and LSU lost that game. As I remember they scored 2 or 3 times in that one quarter to come back from a multi-score deficit. So, I don't think Aranda is a defensive genius either. If he was, LSU would have won that game with superior talent.

He did some running vs Bama (not that it mattered) and Vandy as well. Just scrambles for first downs. He’s putting it all together.
