How many sec titles and tourney titles have we won?

never winning the big games

Why are you trying to chnage the subject?
You said....

not able to win the close ones ever

At no point did you mention big games.
Even if you substituted big games you'd be wrong. Lsu won the sec reg season in 2015.
We have won 2 of the last 4 sec tournaments.

In his postgame interview he said playing on Tuesday is tough because you just played on Sunday. He said that's the bad thing about playing Thursday.

Just laying the groundwork for his excuse latter this week. It's tough playing Thursday after playing Tuesday.

He wanted more power with wind blowing out, PM, recruit some power hitters!

Your defense made no errors but Tulane outhomered you and that is the weakest Tulane lineup I've seen in 10 years.

Well as long as you feel good about yourself ........ does losing game after game in the NCAA's satisfy you..... just because you won enough early games to qualify.... who are we kidding here....

Stop being a literalist Im well aware of LSU baseball history .......... the point is PM is a poor coach during game time and probably even worse motivator.

Losing or winning a game I DIDNT PARTICIPATE IN doesnt make me feel good or bad. I want lsu to win though.

Youre clearly kidding yourself if you think LSU never wins the close games or never wins the big games.
quote:

Im well aware of LSU baseball history

Youre clearly not because you post....
quote:

we never win the close ones
And then morphed it into...
quote:

we never win the big ones

quote:

Stop being a literalist

Yeah how dare I take what you posted to mean what you posted.

He is easily one of the most accomplished HC in college baseball. Thats not possible if you're a poor game day coach and an even worse motivator. Its LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE.

Every coach in the history of organized sports has flaws.
What i want to know is which coach is for sure better than PM and of those coaches, which ones would come to lsu?

You obviously never played beyond little league. And if you did, you certainly didn't catch.

Ell/Rickdaddy or anyone in the know... I played through high school and some in college. Could it just be that we have a few freshmen taking time to adjust to situational hitting or is that a similar makeup to other D1 teams currently? I ask because is it Gibbs' practice approach because I remember that I had a good hitting coach but sometimes it takes time to translate for the younger guys. PM's resume seems pretty stinking good to lay it all on the head coach.

Didn't see the game (damn you slow internet!) but I thought I saw we scored 6???
Wouldn't that mean we did in fact hit but couldn't pitch?
