This happened to me recently. Tighten your coax wires at the box and the wall.

Could also be a signal strength issue. When I moved into my current apartment, I started getting intermittent signal drops. Same cables, same splitter, same box as my old apartment. Called out a tech, and after testing everything, figured out that my issue was that I had a second splitter in the wall that was impeding the signal (like it was supposed to). But being I had brought in my old splitter, the double impediment was causing drop out. Tech replaced the splitter in the wall with one that doesn't impede as much and I've never had a problem since.
