Cow bells ringing through entire offensive play

Why was Texas allowed to ring these bells through the entire offensive play? I thought it had to stop before the snap when using artificial noise makers.

I didn’t realize Texas was allowed to have cowbells at all. I thought it was just State and A&M.

I think that's an SEC rule. Its up to the each conference on what's allowed

The worst was them playing trashy rap music while we were out of the huddle and the play clock was running.

The orchestration of the ‘LOUD’ rap music was very obvious.. Definitely played it
