Best case, we lose Hankton to an OC job somewhere, and promote Brad to Co-OC or something to the effect of giving him a big raise.

Also, Brad is a super polished speaker...not sure where you got the need to work on public speaking from. He put on a PR clinic during his interim role.

Let’s remember this first. He accepted the OC job at LSU to be closer to his parents. That was very important to him. I am not sure at this stage in his life if he wants to move away again.
However, in the future when Coach Brian Kelly decides to retire, that could alter his choices based on age and family settings, or a new head coach for the team.
