Nothing wrong with calling a meeting, it was the invitees that made it a problem. No reason at all for the NCAA to be there. They can be called in later if necessary.

So you think LSU has handled the following impeccably?
- Wade/Smart suspension
- Miles, Fisher, Herman 2015/16
- Orgeron search
- Gruver death
- DKE hazing and administration suspensions
- Holistic Admissions
- Johnny Jones hire
The point is time and time again LSU leadership has failed its students, alumni, donors, and fans. In times of difficult decisions, they cower, hide behind “legal matters”, ignore the outcry, or release tone deaf statements.
If leadership would prove that they have LSU’s best interest at hand, I’d believe you. But they have their own...not my Alma Mater’s.

How you can come out of this thinking the administration handled this in anyway competently then you are crazy. Even if you are going to suspend him (I don’t agree but whatever) then you STFU and leave it alone. The admin made this way worse than it had to be and the ramifications will last for a long time

I dont understand some of you guys rush to throw Wade under the bus before he's tried?
We finally get a good coach and some of you are already in job search mode.
Do y'all realize that good coaches or at a premium and we are fortunate to have one!
Plus, what has Alleva or F King done to deserve any type of our support?

Well he's not going to be tried. What needs to happen is him not having to testify under oath, which frees him up to tell the LSU administration whatever he wants to tell them.
The NCAA is already involved.
