First of all, Coach Ford was as good of a coach and man that there was. He taught me at Caldwell. Second, Pam Kelly was the first great women’s college player that I remember. Third, this person moved to Caldwell in the 8th grade and that’s why they didn’t know about Tech. I was there in the early 80s when our girls won 4 state titles in a row and beat the top team from Texas at La Tech. I still have Kim’s autograph from that day. I probably know you but your secret is safe with me. I bet all of y’all from Caldwell in those days know me as well. I like to say that I may not have been popular but I was well known. Lol.

Been to the watermark several times, albeit years ago. Shut it down with the owner a bunch. Good buddy of mine has a camp on templeton outside of hebert. I believe the owner of the watermark owns cat island now as well. Hunt boeuf frequently. Always enjoy myself up there

Know alllll those names lol.
My Burns are the ones from the Grayson methodist. Mr. Foy went to grayson Baptist. Don't know any Burns there. From the grayson area. I live down the road from the DA Frazier.

If I recall, in the late 80's that bar was called Streets. It backs up to the levee on the Beouf River.
Edit:
I believe the owners name was William Street.

So Mr and Mrs Foy taught at the high school when I was there. Mr Foy taught Chemistry and Mrs Foy taught Geometry.
Is that the same people?

No, it backs up on the Ouachita. But Beouf ain't a bad guess

You are totally right. Believe it or not, we used to ski in the Ouachita.
I lived in Hebert on Gumby Dam Rd. Our house sat on the Beouf River. That's the confusion.
