Congrats O, Ensminger, and the entire staff...

For identifying your weaknesses and working like hell to fix them. Congrats for not settling. Congrats for fighting like hell for JB, and for working hard to add depth at CB, and for being more diligent at managing the roster. Congrats on adding all the analysts and the complete overhaul you made to make things more efficient within the program, thus allowing everyone to do a better job. Congrats for making the tough decisions you know the fans won't see through, but you know are best for the program.
Please continue that sense of urgency and recruit QB's every year! It's vital to consistency and success of the program.

Not an O fan, but I know when credit is due.
I give him credit for pulling Burrow.
He still has plenty of work to do though.

...and don’t forget nabbing that excellent kicker. Some were pissed that we gave up a scholly for him but that dude may win us some ballgames this year.

Congrats indeed.
All of their jobs depend on this and they went out and got the guy they think can get us to the promised land. Granted all they had to beat was Cincinnati but there are no bonus points for degree of difficulty

In tight defensive games where points are at a premium someone like that is very valuable

Agreed. Whether you like O and staff is irrelevant at this point. We're all fans of LSU and the tigers are much better today than they were a year ago. Hopefully we continue trending upward. Props to the coaches for going after what will hopefully be a game changer for this program.

Yes, this and the beefing up the lines... I kind of lumped that into managing the roster, identifying weaknesses etc.
People can say what they want, but there have been a ton of positive changes made by O and the staff.
Now as they say, they need to win. But it would be hard to argue they haven't been putting themselves in better and better positions to do so.
