Will he guide AAU players away from LSU (like he did when Trent Johnson was coach) or towards LSU (like he did when his handpicked coach JJ was here)?

If Will Wade is willing to give him the customary handy and let him come and go as he pleases, that will please Collis. Collis will think about lifting a finger.

I don't believe Collis has much AAU pull anymore like people on here think.

He had the Baton Rouge crew of Tyrus, Big Baby, Tas, but those days are over.

Serious question, how much influence does he actually have on the AAU system now that his kids are no longer playing?

And who are some kids he steered elsewhere?

ZERO influence. Collis hasn't been involved in youth basketball in over a decade.

This whole thing is overblown.

Without Temple's players, I doubt Brady would have had much success at all.

what great recruits did he steer to LSU during the JJ tenure?

Martin was coming either way. Temple and his impact is overrated. who cares if he bails...........if he does, then he's not a tiger. and if you are not a tiger, then gtfo

He didn’t have stellar relationships with LSU basketball legends Collis Temple Jr. and former coach Dal

Collis Temple has much right to be part of program as any other fan, alumni or any former player. He helped with players that helped LSU make a Final 4.

I've got a better idea, "Why don't some of you zeroes stay away from the program.

Temple was spot-on about Trent, much like everyone in the world didn't have that figured out about Trent. I just hope the good ole boy dick sucking doesn't get out of hand with the new coach, like when Dale Brown would cater to that piece of shite George Eames. That was disgusting.

I blame Brett Favre for Curley Hallman, Miami Dolphins doctors for Nick Saban, and the Lopez Brothers for Trent Johnson.

Trent just sucked at recruiting and motivating. Solid fundamentals coach but it ended there.
