College Station recommendation for LSU game

Looking for a good place to eat and pre game before we watch LSU destroy the Aggies.

The Dixie Chicken is iconic and a pretty cool place. Food is great and the beer is cold! GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

And the Dry Bean Salon next door to the Dixie Chicken is pretty cool. It’s a shot bar with about a million different shots.

We hung out at the Corner Bar a few years back when Fournette trucked that safety on the way to the endzone...what a great game to be at.

I recommend the Yankee's Tavern on FM 244 in Carlos, TX (15 miles east of Kyle Field/ College Station off Highway 30). Great ambience...the place is totally sports barsy, and redneck oriented, in spite of the name...the beer is cold & the waitresses are HOT!
PS...pregame meal...I don't know what their Thanksgiving day hourage will be like.

World of Beer off university ( a chain chimes with decent food)

Republic for expensive drinks and steak
New whiskey bar in calvary court it’s badass but expensive for a normal night of drinking.

Thanks for the suggestion. Went to the Corner Bar and Roof Top Grill before the game. Good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere on the rooftop.
What a game!!! Got to see Waters come up huge to win the game.. I will be doing this same exact thing next year to bring home another win!
