This. He's like a lifetime alcoholic. People saw him at a party once (in 2019) and he was sober, so they assume that he's staying sober. However, he's had numerous relapses since 2019, and no one has seen him sober since. You're going to have to assume that that one episode of sobriety was the exception and not the rule.

Has it struck anyone that Coach O was living the ultimate BAW life-style, as of late? He did things a lot of folks here say they'd like to see public figures do, but it appears most have turned their backs on him. It's curious.

It seems Ed Orgeron lived the way a lot of posters here advocate as the peak of manliness. While Drew Brees bowed to angry teammates in the wake of his criticism of players kneeling during our national anthem, Orgeron stood firm in his support of President Trump following the Black Lives Matter protests in Summer 2020.

Orgeron looked to slay poon left and right following his divorce, often with much younger women. He's made tons of money; even more than plant operators. He's threatened to dump guys in alligator pits and once questioned a guy's sexuality based solely on the color of his shirt.

Hell, if he had a New Iberia haircut, Orgeron would be the living personification of these boards. It's a cautionary tale of what happens when keeping it real goes wrong, I suppose.

Lets get this straight, O was NOT fired because he was chasing tail, threatening people etc....he was let go because we are 30 pt dogs to UGA, 20 point dogs to Bama and we got the shite kicked out of us by UK and UCLA.

He got canned because we are clueless, we have non proven coordinators and we are about 5 or 6 more quitting before we invite spectators to cover kickoffs.

How much money did ole Baw bring to LSU during 2019 run? Was it worth 31 million? Would be interesting to know. You can't count the 2020 season at all IMO, with the virus and hold outs. And even this year with the injuries and hurt feelings and drug tests, its lining up to be the same thing. Did he make some questionable hires? Yes. Did do some off the field shenanigans? Yes. But I think he has this team going in the right direction now, and we'll see what comes of it. When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
