re: Coach O on offensive plays in practice

Something that made me crazy was the players having to repeat the company line about "have to execute better" which was a Miles staple. Hey genius, if there are 8+ defenders in the box, even great execution by everyone would only result in modest gains. I aways felt for the players having to regurgitate that line knowing that the play calling was setting them up to fail. Good riddance Les.
