I think we have a legit chance to have 6 .300-ish hitters in the (most) everyday lineup between Crews, Morgan, Doughty, Dugas, Berry and McManus...at least guys who have proven they are capable of that. Who knows about some of the newcomers or even a guy like Jordan Thompson might surprising as well.

The murderers row in the front of our lineup is the best we've had in a very long time. Crews, Berry, and Morgan are MLB starters one day and Dugas and Doughty are very solid and have plus power.
If the we squeeze just a bit more out of the 6-9 guys, which I think we will, we just won't need to have elite starting pitchers that run 7 innings a game. We will be lighting up the scoreboard. 12-14 guys that can give you 27 innings without total collapse is enough to make it to Omaha.
Win or lose, it should be fun to watch the offense.
ETA:
I do worry a bit about fielding depending on who is playing the infield. That, in addition to our offense, needs to be very solid to offset lack of elite pitching.

12 is fine, some will play their way in & some out. Some weeks they will need more
12 is kind of the sweet spot for a MLB roster but they have less players on the roster, too.
