If you wanna get into debate of half of time played, then you could consider Auburn since he came in second quarter and finished out game.

I'm sorry.

So he was .500 as a starter.

No, I said you were obsessive because you keep trying to paint me into a corner as a JJ hater and JL lover, while you are the only one here continually comparing the two.

Well then, is it obsessive of you to discuss a QB who started 2 games for the Tigers?

It's not obsessive to respond to other posts on subject. You, on the other hand, are conducting an imaginary argument with me involving JL, who I haven't discussed at all.

Lee came into Auburn with 2:41 Left on the clock in second quarter.

Jefferson came into Ole Miss with 3:22 left on the clock in second quarter.

Just in case was actually curious

I never said that.

All I'm doing is posting facts about two of the QB's that saw playing time last year for LSU.

Why is that such a problem for you?

You evidently see fit to post facts about JJ's performance. Why can't I do the same regarding JL?

And for the record, I'm not arguing with anyone--just recounting he season.

The point is that he was .500 as a starter.

That's all.

I agree with you.

I was just responding to a poster who was "recounting" the Arkansas game.

Maybe I should have just said what you just did.

we get so caught up in what a player did last season.
"JL threw 25 ints last yr so obv hes gonna throw 25 this season"
"JJ didnt throw any ints vs ark or gatech, so obv he's not gonna throw any this season either"
Both of these thought patternes are equally as dumb.

I would think and expect that both JJ and JL have improved tremendously form last yrs mistakes.
If they havent then maybe they shouldnt be here.
IMO we're in a good situation.

Hell Doc thinks Peterson should be returning kicks cause Charles Woodson did 4 his junior year.

no, I think peterson, from what i've seen of him, could be a solid punt returner.

There is racism all over this site, bu you tend to imply it alot.

And he is more useful as a CB, punt returns were not an issue last year, kick off returns were as we ranked 12th in SEC in yardage gained.
Also you stating in "punt" returns yet clearly me and Rocket were discussing kick-off returns and then you brought that up. So either now you are back tracking after the fact or you just saw something and wanted to jump in and add 2 cents when it had no relevance.

I agree.

With a full offseason to develop, JJ probably wwill be able to lead us to that game winning drive against Arkansas.

With another year under his belt, JL probably will learn to look off defenders before he throws the ball.

New season--new expectations.
