Disagree. IMO Shaq was an amazing passer for a 7'2" Center, but he did not have the passing skills CJ had.

Better athlete Even
This one I'd give to Shaq. He was/is a freak of a physical specimen. His agility combined with his size and strength is far more unusual (imo) than the combination of traits CJ had. CJ's freakishness was in his focus and dedication to getting every move perfect.

Better PR for the college game & LSU Shaq
By miles and miles. Even before they left LSU. CJ just was never a personality. He was quiet, seemed shy (probably sensitive over his Tourette's), and never made much of an image off the court. Shaq was totally the opposite. Like Big Baby, only bigger (in all ways).

And oh by the way, the Pistol will always be the greatest Tiger IMO.
99% agree; 1% reduction for the unecessary limitation "Tiger".

agreed....I was actually in Denver at the time...what an embarassment to LSU and to the south in general...as far as I am concerned, he is right where he belongs among his middle eastern teamates....

Never could understand this. Dude got recruited by a white guy, went to a school where a majority were white, Played with two other white kids on the court every game and then the guy just lost it. changed his name and became someone who was totally the opposite.

WTF does this even mean?

CJ was a product of both. If its true that a player can represent past schools and regions in a positive way, then it is also true he can do so negatively.

More people remember Chris as a collegiate basketball player, he had more popularity and a larger impact on the game there. And when anyone refers to that incedent where a player snubbed the american flag and anthem, they think about the ex-LSU superstar.
