lsu hasn't lost a bunch of games under les miles, but the majority that they have lost was because they got beat in a battle royale by the better team. most of the rest, a la Kent. in 2007, they lost because they didn't come out ready, not because of the other teams won with emotion. arky and ole piss have won games against us on emotion, but one is our historical rival and the other is quickly becoming it. chances are that oregon will not win the game on emotion.

Oregon relies heavily on offensive timing and rhythm. They won't have that to start the game and the speed of our defense can keep pace.

I thought it was pretty simple, too and a good thought that was worthy of some fun discussion. Some on this board never cease to amaze me how they have this superiority complex and feel some obligation to trounce on someone else's thoughts. I, for one, thought this board was for having "friendly" discussions and posting thoughts about LSU sports.

As much as I dislike the phrase "thinking outside the box" This post accomplished that. I haven't seen or heard anything even close to what fan251 is implying in relation to Chip and the Oregon program.

Kiko Alonso will probably be out too

You have information no Duck fan has? Kelly put Harris out the first game almost immediately but has kept quite on Alonso. Seems more like as long he keeps his nose clean and live up to what ever agreement him and Chip made he'll play.
