I also messaged the guy on eBay for the decals. The auction ended in the previous link someone had up of the complete decal set. The seller has the package separated now.
I'm going to make me one as I have been wanting something like this in my office. Just need some info on the white material the hogs used on the brim of the hat.

There are other options on that website that are the same color. They may not be the same safety rating but the finished product would look the same IMO for about 1/5 the price.

The actual hard hat is made by MSA and can be bought from your local AirGas, Grainger, Fastenal, Total Safety, etc...

Some of us that have been in the business can truly appreciate that. I have several, but nothing like that.
