Dude had 30 yards rushing on 3 carries. He had 4, but one was gift-wrapped after Jarret led the team down there.

But here's the thing: the offense did NOTHING when he was in there. So what good does his athleticism do when the offense goes backwards, & the offense that we have run that puts up 35+ points per game so far against 3 ranked teams & 2 conference foes in a slew of road battles loses its rhythm & tempo because we're running some bullshite out there that doesn't work effectively & consistently?

That's just it...It doesn't do any good. It appeases. I'll leave it there.

No football-related reasons that this guy should be on the field. None. He brings nothing to the table but an offense that simply doesn't fool people. Not even Kentucky.
dude. You are going to make yourself crazy. Just roll with it.

I love how people know who was out on the night of the fight. If these people know so freaking much about what happened, why didn’t they come forward? Shame on them for letting this continue.

I joined this board because I thought I would read good discussions about Tiger football. There are so many discussion threads about this same subject matter. Some are making a mountain out of a molehill, regarding an issue they have no control over nor can they influence or impact the situation. I’ve stated I don’t like a 2 QB system. It’s not my decision to make and LM does not give a hoot if I like it or not.

I remind you there were times last season that Lee took the team down the field and JJ came in to finish off the drive. Yesterday was no different than those moments last season, other than it was a different opponent and JJ was not coming off a suspension.

I made the mistake of worrying about what might go wrong in 2003 and missed the enjoyment of the season. In 2007 I spent my time bitching about Miles and missed the enjoyment of that season. I made a decision prior to the start of this season not to miss out on the enjoyment if this were to be a special season that many of you on this board predicted.

We have as complete of a team as there is in college FB. We have a very good defense and our offense is producing. Everyone here believed that if we ever get the two components working together in the same games, we could have a very special season. It’s in the making and all we seem to do is bitch about a player being reinstated that has been found guilty of nothing other than breaking curfew.

I expect the typical comments to this post- however, call me what you choose; I will hope for some real discussions about the upcoming game against the gatards. I hope that you don’t miss the excitement and fun that seems to be brewing.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

My guess is he could of helped the team better by refraining from kicking that dude in the head!

That is a myth though

I Agree, Im not a LSU fan what so ever, I think he has played good at time and not so good at other times, But come on now, This duy should not be allowed to re-join the team. He snuck out after roll call. This is a grown man, He should live by the same rules as all the other players have to abide by, Why wasn't he disciplined for any of his actions by the coach or university? Then he kicks a guy when he is already down, A man thats protecting our country, Come on damn. He should be kicked off FOR GOOD !!
Ok rest of you LSU players looking at this, It will be ok to skip curfew, You will NOT be discliplined just dont kick noone when the down !!

Where is your evidence that he did this? How much more discipline is he supposed to receive for breaking curfew? He missed 4 games and had a few plays against UK. 4-games is much more than he would have gotten in Tuscalooser or Albarn. Enough already!

You really need to examine your facts.

This so called marine lied to the police about an incident that happened AFTER the bar fight, when he was on Lortab and booze. The guy did not join to serve our country, he joined because he's a loser and no one else will have him.

There is no proof that JJ kicked him in the head.

JJ's attorney has pictures of the "marine" partying his arse off after his alleged injuries. If he was so hurt, why wasn't he at home recovering?

Met didn't make national headlines.

They were smart enough to not get caught.

Mett's been there, done that, and got the JC credit to show for it.

So I take it you thought Flynn sucked too. Since JJ had a higher qb rating in 09 than Flynn in 07

He's probably not a real man then. Lord knows, you're not worth a damn unless you go get in a bar fight instead of showing some self-control and maturity.

Hey Cookie Monster;
Easy on the language chief! An opinion is just that - an opinion. You could probably get your point across better and more eloquently w/o the language barrier problem.... WTF?

Jefferson does have the talent to play D-1 football. We've seen enough of his talents running and passing for the past 3 years. The tongue-and-cheek stuff you just have to figure out for yourself. Are you 21?

JJ payed his dues winning for this team and was suspended for the same charge that a ton of college football players walk free on. On top of that I will never boo a player wearing an LSU uniform.
