Just saying that he got up is exactly and indication to the fact that Chad Jones didn't lead or make helmet to helmet contact because if he did Joe Adams would be being treated for a SubArachnoid Hemorrage.

If you listen really carefully at the end you can hear, I think Todd Blackledge(?), say "I don't know..." when referring to whether or not it was helmet to helmet.

Of course chad jones stayed down. His helmet collided with adams shoulder while adams helmet brushed against chads at worst. Chad obviously got the worst of the hit and was more likely to have a concussion as it was his head that took the brunt of the hit.
