I saw him and shook his hand at sesame street live in the new orleans arena the day after the auburn game this year. Last person i thought I would see there. Solid dude, good luck to him.

Of course we don't want to see him go. He may still be able to change his mind. I hope he will.

But if he doesn't, he has had a great run and we appreciate his time and efforts. Dude is a stud athlete. Good luck and he will always be a Tiger.

My kids and I met Chad at the Met here in Hoover after an SEC tourney game. He signed 2 baseballs for us and we also picked up 2 of his 400ft+ practice HRs in RF. The boys admired his tats and both commented on the size of his forearms. But, what they remember most, is how nice he was and how softly he spoke to them. They loved watching him play both sports. His football hits are legendary and the CWS pitching outing he had was awesome. Enough said!
