Anybody supporting the committee concept before it's inception was very misinformed.

If you didn't think that the cigar smoking jackasses were going to rig the selection, well the reality may hit home soon enough.

A fair, agreed upon set of metrics chosen by all division 1schools that include division champions, strength of schedules, and perhaps an expanded playoff field would eliminate the nonsense.

The metrics should be discussed, debated, and voted on by all the potential participating schools.

There is nothing wrong with a computer selecting the playoff field.

Just make sure the inputed variables and metrics give all schools a fair chance.

Michigan dropped 1 as well...ive said it 100x they dont want LSU at 1 and will do whatever they have to to keep sec teams out of the top 10...thats why auburn didnt get to 10, bama dropped so much and thats why OSU quality wins that lose (cincy and michigan) only dropped 1...not to mention wisconsin rose to much...oh and did anyone notice minnisoto who didnt play OSU dropped like a rock more so than anyone else bc it doesnt hurt OSU schedule

Looks really close to the simulated BCS standings a lot of people in this board want to use.

Need talking heads to start calling them out. It’s obvious how they moved the teams to help justify OSU at number 1.
Committee needs to get some pressure. Ridiculous we have 3 top 11 wins (now) 4 after this weekend.
And 5 if you count Texas who has been decimated by injuries and not to mention it was played in a hostile environment on the road.
OSU beat an average Cincy team, Wisconsin (who lost to Illinois), Michigan who nearly lost to Navy.

Penn State is a good win.

Dude it’s always some type of conspiracy with LSU fans. Refs, Fienbaum, ESPN, Gary, etc etc. We beat Georgia we will be number 1 and then they will move on to another conspiracy.

I agree. And as an LSU fan, I find the majority saying these things frankly embarrassing. Just win the fricking games dammit.
