That would correlate with what Schad was reporting. They are being held out of the games by UNC, not the NCAA. They are both practicing with the second team last I heard.

This is a reporter that's been covering the investigation. Also said that some of this was stemming from a trip to California before the 2009 season, and if true, UNC may be vacating wins from last season. Stay tuned, this is getting more interesting.
