Cecil Collins Jailhouse Interview
No question in my mind that he would have won the heisman at LSU

WITHOUT THE MASSIVE LEG BREAK AGAINST VANDERBILT? YES!

HE IS THE FINEST RUNNER I'VE SEEN. HE SORT OF REMINDS ME OF THE OLD SULTANS OF THE MIDDLE EAST WITH 50 WIVES...O WELL

WOW, I lost track of him. I knew he was in jail, but wasn't sure about the length of his sentence. I remember seeing him play at LSU, may have been the best running back to wear the purple and gold. Truly a waste of God given talent. Unless he gets help, this dude is not going to reform himself. Why would a women, that met him while visiting a cousin in jail, want to marry this pervert.

wow.

He's probably quite the catch, if you fish in that pool of fish. He's famous, educated and enjoys his penis.

Odds are he'll be back in prison sooner than Alabama appears in a BCS bowl.

isn't michael ford from leesville and supposedly better than cecil when he was in HS?

Ford has as much raw ability as Cecil. On the field production is another thing. Collins rushed for over 7,000 yards and 100 TDs in high school.

There's something that's not quite right when ou look him in the eye. I don't know what it is, but he definitely has a crazy look to him.

Most troubling (maybe) is that it looks like he is getting zero mental treatment. Often you'll see someone in prison for a while who has put things in proper perspective, but this guy cannot acknowledge he has a problem, admit he did anything wrong, has any remorse, etc.

An amazing football talent, but a very sick man.

From what I see, he needs to stay away from society for the duration of his sentence.

Most sad.

P.S.-Still not as bad (or sick) as O.J. (who has his coming, I hope)

I bet it was hard for Cecil to try not to rape the reporter

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm sure there were armed guards right off camera, with rifles aimed at his head, just in case.

Cecil caught doing stuff = tip of the iceberg. Really, what do you think he wasn't doing on those nights he didn't get caught. Makes me shutter to imagine him in the general population.

The most telling thing Cecil said in that interview was "I was always a star". I never met Collins but know a Guy from Leesville that said Cecil had received special treatment since he was a kid and had a number of "indiscretions" looked over before he arrived on LSU's campus. I can recall he predicted Collins would never complete his career at LSU because he thought the rules, we all abide by, didn't apply to him.

Dinardo said the 2nd best coaching moment he ever had was when we got him. The best moment was when he got rid of him.

You should go visit him. Give him an LSU hat or T-shirt or something.

I feel like Collins has a Forrest Gump like I.Q. combined with being a pervert. He sounds like he will be in trouble again, as soon as he gets out.

I think he's busy working on an Anglo's plantation today.
