I mean I believe we can hit him. Also, once we start I wanna see what he does. Idk if he has ever been hit a ton, but that bodes very well for them.

Morrison is just as good as anybody we've faced all year. By the same token, we have faced (and beaten) pitchers that are just as good as Morrison. Dolye, Witherspoon, Root, etc, were just as good.

On any given day, Morrison can be as good as anybody. I do like the fact that Flukey and Morrison are similar. Both are tall and lanky, with similar stuff. They both throw that big vertical curve ball and a mid to upper 90's fastball. Morrison has better off speed pitches, though. We'll have to be ready. We've seen this movie before, how are we going to adjust?

People talk about why Morrison didn't start yesterday, and they say it is because of the schedule and rest, etc, but i wonder if it has something to do with the fact that both are so similar, that if they send Morrison out on day one, then Flukey will seem to be easier, by comparison. Better to send the better pitcher out on day 2. I don't know if that has anything to do with anything, but they did the same thing against Auburn in the Supers.

Top of the first will be telling. Will they “lean in” on close pitches to get in base? Lots of steals? Bunts? They will try to get on and put as much pressure on the infield as they can. Small ball all the way.

The guys have to just keep their composure and play like it’s any other Sunday in the SEC.

Just watched his highlights vs Oregon State.

As great as he was, the flip side is that 4 of Coastal’s 6 runs were unearned because Oregon State’s infield seemingly imploded.
Limit the mistakes just like yesterday and LSU should be in the game

Supposedly Morrison pitches much more to contact than flukey. Tigers need to go up there and attack his fastball instead of taking so many good pitches like last night. He doesn’t have anything more than what they’ve seen this season. Not sure if they were struggling some with the shadows causing some of the takes.

We’ve seen better in the SEC. The Sun Belt competition greatly inflates that ERA

He's the one who blurted out "nothing at all" in the press conference.

He won't make it out of the 3rd inning tomorrow.

I missed by 1 inning.

I knew he was not escaping our wrath.

He is a great pitcher and is going to shut down LSU today.
