neuheisel nailed it. you have to have the will. what can we do different? the staff doesn't have the will and can't translate it to the players. and not since les miles have we seen a coach as stubborn as kelly and his crew - they will not change anything!

The amount of shock that everyone expresses regarding how badly prepared Brian Kelly’s teams have been since arriving in BR is just the whole story. Dude was billed as an administrator who would stabilize excellence and instead has not only squandered talent but manufactured chaos.

It’s corporate coaching. Rabalais calls it whack a mole coaching but it’s very much coaching by CEO model.
I honestly think he does not know what to do nor does he understand why his model does not work.
