As I said before, the house’s proximity to campus would give Lane the same recruiting advantages as BK, since the NCAA allows you to host a lot more recruiting events within a mile of campus.

I am sure there are other houses for sale. Last time I was in BR there was another house on Lakeshore for sale not far from BK's.
Wouldn't wanna live in BK's house if I am Lane Kiffin or not.
