I get your point but damn Bro
Don't understand how some on here can't make a damn point without dishing out personal attacks on some. This is all I will say about Mulkey. She dropped the ball with this team. Not having a dominate PG and not being able to build depth and I know losing Smith and Poole hurt. How bad do those other girls sitting on the bench have to be if they aren't getting any minutes.

agreed. For whatever reason, LSU fans always seem to correlate baseball and basketball to football, and any loss is a catastrophe. They forget that baseball and basketball are such longer seasons with so many more games played.

She shouldn’t have won a freakn natty in year two and she shouldnt have won so many games with so little. I think she thought she could turn Haley into a competent, if not dominant PG and had Poa/ Poole if that didn’t happen. Plus had we not lost Smith, this team wouldn’t need to focus so much on the guard play.
They also just played the most dominant team in the country down to wire at home and lost. It’s not easy to bring that effort after a big game like that. Even if LSU had won that game, it would have been extremely hard to match Miss States intensity. They will bounce back. In order for them to make a deep run though, the Guards will have to play better and shoot better. We have an off game while the other team is on, we will probably lose those games.
They need to find their identity, I still don’t think they’ve found it. But it’s not too late to find it and make a deep run. This game isn’t perfect, and it’s her 3rd freakn year. Let’s give it a little time. I’m sure she tried like heck to get a PG here and will do it again.

Guaranteed. It happened last year after our 1st loss to Iowa. They kept saying LSU was in trouble bc of 1 loss, & they got pissed if you didn't agree with them.
I’ve always wondered what the end goal is with that kind of stuff. You’re either wrong and get blasted, or you’re right and LSU sucks.
Seems like a lose-lose to me.
