Miles has 2 title game appearances. PM has 1. Miles has the 7th best win % in sec history and the #1 ooc win % in sec history.
They are both good coaches. I just believe its harder to reach Miles # than PM's. Sec football is deeper than sec baseball.

Miles hasnt been to a bcs bowl but once in the last 8 years.
Pm has taken the team to omaha 4 times in 8 years. Its not even close

Are you being serious? Most programs dont even take baseball serious. A bcs bowl is harder to make than a trip to omaha.

Congrats. They are in the top 10 because the rest of nation doesnt give a shite about baseball. Hell its still snowing up north. Try getting people to a baseball gane when its snowing.

Girls basketball gets better ratings than cbb. 90% of the nation doesnt care about baseball so you get southern teams with attendance.

Mainieri has always been animated in the dugout. Probably a bit more than most college coaches but I suspect his players are aware it's all part of the emotions the game fosters upon him.

I mean there are 4 out of 16 regional hosts from the conference every year and sometimes 5. 2-3 Super hosts from the conference every year. Its usually the #1 RPI conference. The last 2 years it was, and it was #2 in 2013.
Last year, we had 4 teams in Omaha. Most years we have at least 2 and sometimes 3.

No its not. Its harder to make a bcs bowl than it is to make it to omaha. Good god. Sec baseball isnt as deep as sec football.
