Can we score 6 runs?

Not saying we will always need 6 and it may not even be enough today but in college baseball you need to be able to score 6 to give your pitching and defense a chance. We've put up far too many 0,1 or 2 spots lately. It seems like we have too many holes in the lineup and obviously last night way too many strikeouts. All that said, I'm optimistic that we can get some clutch hits today and send this bitch to Monday.

We average 6.6 runs per game, so I would say that the answer to your question is yes.

These results are probably true for most teams, but here are the LSU W/L records when scoring a certain number of runs.
0 = 0 and 4
1 = 0 and 7
2 = 1 and 4
3 = 1 and 1
4 = 1 and 2
5 = 7 and 2
6 = 3 and 0
7 = 2 and 1
8 = 4 and 1
9+ = 19 and 2
Total when scoring fewer than 5 runs = 3 wins and 18 losses
Total when scoring 5 or more runs = 35 wins and 6 losses
0 = 0 and 4
1 = 0 and 7
2 = 1 and 4
3 = 1 and 1
4 = 1 and 2
5 = 7 and 2
6 = 3 and 0
7 = 2 and 1
8 = 4 and 1
9+ = 19 and 2

Good info. Did not know that. Maybe it's in my head due to my inherent pessimism but it seems like we've been struggling to string together good at bats and produce the timely hitting needed.
I also feel like we're due to go ham one of these days

Very unclear if we can score 6. Bottom of lineup would have to go at least 5/12 for that to happen.
