It's pretty obvious by now you don't know a damn thing and you are just speculating based upon your opinion of what's going down.
We'll know for sure that you're full of shite when TM doesn't enroll at another school. Tick tock, tick tock.
I believe TM will not be enrolling at any other school and that TM will be back on the LSU team in 2013 if he does what is expected of him over the next year.

what a load of bullshite. So you're asserting that there are legal questions that could prevent Miles from kicking TM off the team and/or specifically saying he is permanently dismissed and can never play FB at LSU again? Explain this to me
he can't, he being so vague about it, it's obvious he hasn't a clue about these so called legal issues that he's simply hiding behind.

In another thread VC stated this:
What was the NCAA rule? Because the NCAA lets the schools decide their own substance abuse disciplinary policy.

I'm gonna stop short of praising Miles on this one right now. This was a school and team rule he broke, so if he was kicked out of school, it really had nothing to do with Miles.
I'm not sure he had a choice since it was NCAA rules also.

I have a source who has a source that talked to his source about the source VC has and disagreed with what his source said

Since you seem to have a source on the legalities of player suspensions, tell me what you know about the Jefferson family threatening to sue LSU for hurting Jordan's chances at a pro career after the Shady's incident?

VC also says that tyrann is going to "D-2" (he doesn't understand it's not called that anymore)
Meanwhile tyranns parents said basically he's not playing football this season.

let's just say "hypothetically" there were more test performed than maybe were reported officially.....in a hypothetical world...LSU tired of it...wanted to wash hands......expected him to transfer...he didn't......I can't make you drink man...I can lead you to it....but
WHO DO YOU GET THIS FROM??? you can get banned for posting shite like this... unsubstantiated (sp?) rumors like this with no backbone can put you in banland... i'm not going to RA, i'll leave that for someone else... and i hope that they do

none of this has anything to do with LSU possibly allowing him to play in 2013

ding ding ding......yes, you are correct....they do allow said program to decide......now maybe you are following me here.....maybe the legality of it....just hypothetically speaking of course...if he had failed a few too many tests that were not "officially" reported...and given LSU thought he would transfer.....you following me a little here.......LSU was done with him...but maybe didn't do all their due dilligence????

WTF does this have to do with having the legal right to dismiss a player from a football team?

He also stated this.
Not that he wouldn't play at LSU again, that he was not allowed back at LSU. He has been wrong about all of this from post 1. Post 2-500 has been trying to save his arse from being El Gaucho of the Rant

he is not coming back to LSU...that is not an option

Then you're saying lsu broke their own policy?
I call bullshite on that. You have nothing to back that up.

My opinion is that he will go to a d2 school.
No dog in this hunt and no sources, but I'm thinking bout 90% of fans would opine with the same option.

quote:you really suck at this. Explain how that prevents LSU/Miles from saying he's done w/ LSU FB forever? Legally, like you've stated. I'll wait for a coherent explanation and for you to stop hiding behind vague references

He was practicing with the 1's as of Wednesday. Your theory is bullshite.
