But you and many others think Venables, Shoop, other top DCs at P5 schools should be ready to make a lateral move to LSU. And they earn as much as they would at LSU. Coaches make lateral moves all the time.

Our assistants used to be stable. Things have definitely changed since Alleva strong armed Chavis last year and hung Miles out to dry this year.

Alleva isn't the problem. He wanted to get rid of Miles. F King is the problem. Get rid of him then hire an AD and replace Miles.

Apparently claiming he is a racist seems to work at some universities for getting rid of employees.
