Clemson is not getting whipped upfront by 3 or 4 guys when pass blocking like LSU did. Our oline couldn’t block their dline.

Probably helps when the Bama defense doesn’t know where the ball is going

Also helps to have experienced players.

Also helps to have healthy OL.

It also helps to have a highly qualified OL coach and not a bumbling fool.

It also helps not to have to run max protect on passing downs.

While true, Clemson is also mitigating the pass rush.

They're coming? Throw short and quick.

Clemson oline ain't pissing themselves at the mere sight of Bama , like LSU . LSU IS SCARED TO DEATH OF ALABAMA ONLY EXPLANATION.

Bama has average DBs this year. Clemson is giving the QB time to pick them apart. O line lives matter.

They’ve thrown very few of these. Almost none.

All this ‘ scheme’ y’all are talking about us pass protection and guys not dropping balls. That’s it.

Didn’t say they have 5 nfl players. They are blocking them we couldn’t. Bama dline destroyed our oline. Lawrence is having a picnic.

Are you watching this game? They are all over Lawrence. Clemson is going 4 wide and giving him options. Even on the completions, lawrence is getting hit.

If Etling could have hit some passes we might have won in 2017. The open receivers were there on the deep balls.

Literally a decade old excuse. Every single year same tired excuses.

bullshite.

Lawrence is getting hit on completions. Its amazing what you can do with intermediate and short throws when YOU SPREAD IT OUT.

This offense isnt that complex, it's just fundamentally sound with great blocking and superstars playing pitch and catch.

LSU has had these things against Bama and still sputtered on offense.

What game are you watching? The bama defense is breathing down his neck. He just has options.

In general, I dislike zone blocking.

That said, if you're doing it, ditch Cregg and find someone better to implement the system.

Modern cfb offenses spread you out, we bring more to the los.

We choose to go max protect. We dont have to.

There's truth to it.

Etling and DJ missed several great opportunities.

Yes, he is. After he drops 3 or more steps and makes a throw.

Burrow had D line waiting for him when he hit his drop.

The Clemson pass blocking is superior to ours by a large margin. Run blocking not as much.
