Can someone explain the logic of you crybabies every single year making these posts as if it’s the first NCAA postseason you have ever witnessed.

Two reasons:
1) Which dugout you’re in can yield a strategic advantage.
2) Home team stands to pitch more innings than the visiting team.
Switching up home/visitor makes the game itself equitable and reduces the advantage to external factors (geographic location, seeding).

You’re punishing LSU because Arizona State didn’t do their job.
It makes no sense.

They don’t get to use their locker room or dugout if they aren’t the designated home team. Unless the NCAA changed that rule.
They changed this rule a few years ago. The host teams always get their dugout and locker room for their games.

You do understand that home and away makes a HUGE difference in all base-based sports, right? Having the opportunity to answer a score in the bottom of the last inning makes it a really big deal, and should revert to the higher seed unless they are coming out of the losers bracket.

he's right you know
His quote suggesting there is no point in having seeds is anything but right.
He’s complaining about home team selection which is not the only thing seeding is for...obviously.

The only thing stupider is LHSAA playoff rules where the 1 seed has to travel the entire length of the state in round 2 just because the 17 beat the 16.
