And then you've got people who claim they have wanted him fired since TN 2005.

We need a more dynamic and fluid offense. I hope Les sees that and makes the necessary changes to do so.

Golfer I know you're a big Les supporter, and the point of this thread is exactly this...we all see a change needs to be made and needed to be made for a while, if no change is made will your view of Les change given his past with mismanaging the staff?

In short. Yes. I think a lot of people mistake me for being a "big Les supporter" vs just being a bit more realistic.

Bmac's thread last night on the scoreboard sums up my sentiments about Les overall...and it says a lot IMO coming from someone at his level.

Here's the deal , a good OC could turn this thing around and could be done in a year. Stovall had just finished a 3-8 season and hired Mack Brown as his OC and in that one year with Mack's offensive ingenuity at that time, we turned it around and went 8-2-1 and a one point loss to the then mighty Cornhuskers in the Ornge Bowl. Now I know we had losses to MSU and Tulane but really wasnt fault of the offense more on defense not being able to stop John Bond at MSU or Reggie Reginelli at Tulane. In conclusion , the hiring of a good OC and the force of Keeping Miles out of the offense could easily have us in the Championships rather than what Alleva wants in being in the hunt.

you under estimate some of the posters on here if we just hired a semi competent oc we would be ok. Im not mad at miles for the krag/promoting stud thing. He tried to hire a good oc and krag got sick forcing us to hire from within because of the unfortunate circumstances. I wish les had looked to replace stud this off season but instead we tried to stick with the same staff. Now we need a change but i dont think we will see one.

I didn't see that thread last night and I just quickly scanned over his initial post, that's interesting because I can remember a lot of nights where we would bash the shite out of Les in a LNST after some boneheaded decision he made in a game...guess he changed his tune

I love Miles.

Just like the DC sitch in 2009. If he doesnt make a change it could be the death of him.
