Can NBC add a school/program...

Hypothetical I know, but does their contract with Notre Dame allow adding additional schools/games?
Just looked at ratings for last year, 7-5 LSU pulled in 25% more viewers than 10-2 almost playoff bound Notre Dame.
If contractually feasible, NBC could build quite a college football Saturday lineup with a couple other big brand independent schools.
Scheduling would be the problem.

So long as all of our game are night games let’s do it!
Play
Notre Dame
BYU
A couple of Big 12 and ACC schools
Have basketball in ACC
Wade vs NCST
Would be awesome.

NBC can't, they have the contract for the night Big 10 game.
We would probably need to go with CBS, they currently don't have a prime time game. It would be a good deal with CBS. Big 10 game in the 3:30 time slot and LSU game in the 7:30 time slot.
